Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
